and vaping. Analog 1 1/2 pack a day smoker for 20 years who has tried to quit numerous times. Parents smoked when I was a child so been around it my whole life.

I recently purchased ecigs from Blu (no delays in shipping experience as documented in other threads) and am enjoying the vaping experience. I came across this forum to continue to do product and heath research.

Still a lot of unknowns about the health impact but can say after 5 days off the analog I can breath and sleep a lot better. Wife love's that I don't stink. So do I for that matter.

The Blu product seems ok for now but sounds like there are better products in terms of vapor, throat hit, flavors etc available.

Look forward to learning more from this community.

Welcome!!!

To put your mind at ease about any health issues, you should watch this video.

Also, you should read The Wonderful World of Vaping. It's a must read for new (and veteran) vapers.

Thanks, sbphotog! And thanks for pointing all of us to that video. I've not seen it before. If indeed a picture is worth a thousand words, I think there is one photo included in that WWV illustrated guide that speaks volumes about the relative healthiness of vaping:
