Hello all I'm Jack been vaping for quite a few years now after smoking a 20 pack a day, the reason I am here is because iv got the new freeMax m pro tank and I'm having a problem with the life span of the coils, they seem to be only lasting me 3 days max and from what iv read about the tank I should be getting 2-3 weeks out of them, I'm quite a normal vaper ( not to heavy but i do vape often) at work I only vape on my brakes for 5/10mins twice a day, I'm running it on a AEGIS mod at 75w using the M2 0.2 coil which is capable between 60-90w am I doing something wrong/something I should be doing to help the life of these coils?

I have been using Freemax coils for about a year. It's not how long a coil lasts, but about the amount of liquid you use. I get about 100ml of juice per coil. If your juice is sweet/dark it will not last as long.

Welcome @Jack94 to the Ecf, as mentioned earlier the type flavor plays a big role too and the amount of going thru the juices per tank as well. Sweeter juices always goes out faster than less or none sweeter juices.

Perhaps, did you had a chance lower the wattage if its possible or change the juice to compare it?

Welcome Jack. I hope you find the answer. I'm convinced that the suggested lives of these coils is exaggerated or only applies when the tank is used at one set of conditions. Kind of like the advertised gas mileage in cars. Hence the acronym "YMMV" which means that your mileage will be less.

Not sure if you got dual mesh coils, I had an issue with dual mesh constantly. Like you said, 2-3 days at most. burning up on me super quick. I prefer the single mesh coils, I really chain vape and I haven't had any browning or burning, even with the sweet juice. I dont use the same as you do, I use Valyrian 3 coils, but I imagine the overall construction is pretty similar.
