Good Evening Everyone!

I am new to vaping and did my research before buying my current setup, which is an eGo-T with the Type "B" Low Res attys and Type "B" tanks. So far this setup is working well for me, but after reading this forum more ... I think I am already for an upgrade.

I am looking for a mod that either has a bigger (and more reliable) tank than my current eGo-T or a bottom feeder mod. At this point, I'm not sure I need variable voltage and I think I will be good with 3.7v model.

Right now, I am really digging the Reo Minis. I looked on their site and am looking at the nickel/green model. I am wondering if my 510 Low Res attys that currently fit my eGo will work on the Reo mini? It looks like the connector for the atty is lowered? If this is the case, do I need some type of connector to make them work?

Can anyone recommend another bottom feeder mod (other than the Rio Minis) that would work for me?

Thanks for all the help & advice. I think I have to admit I am officially addicted to this forum!!

Well, I was going to suggest a Reo mini since that's what I upgraded with when I had my ego-t for the first month or so. But, to answer some of your questions. The ego-t type B atty's won't work with a bottom feeder because of how it's constructed. I would suggest that you start buying your equipment now and when your mod arrives than you will be set.

Recommendations for equipment:

1. 2.0 510 atomizers *I like 306 atomizers but there is a bit of a learning curb which can prove to be a bit expensive.
2. If you want something to simulate high volt vaping then 1.5 510 atomizers

*Best suppliers of atomizers that are well know and spoken of in ECF for the quality and performance of their atomizers:
http://www.avidvaper.com/
http://www.ikenvape.com/store/index.php?route=checkout/cart

3. 14500 batteries (best would be AW IMR 14500 but they are sold out everywhere until Aug 8) for smaller bottom feeders such as the Reo mini or 18650 for the larger ones.
4. Charger

Other bottom feeders besides REO:
This thread covers it all: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ttom-feed-juice-box-mods-available-links.html

All you need to do is get 15 posts and you can make posts on this thread or on the REO thread if you need additional information:

Reos Mods

After 15 posts, you can make threads in other parts of the forum as well. Which will prove beneficial in the long run since there are a LOT of experts on this forum that will explain everything you wanna know in great detail.

I've read many positive things about the REO.
Main reason I didn't get REO is I prefer a pipe form factor.
I understand the benefits of VV but 3.7v is quite satisfying w/ proper resistance atty or carto.
Dual coil is about perfect on a freshly charged Li-Ion and is pretty good as voltage drops.
1.8 to 2.4 atty is perfect on 3.7v PV IMO.
I don't need bottom feed because I like switching flavors quick by switching carto.

Don't know if you're looking for low or high-end pricing. If you want to see if a bottom-feeder is a fit for you, Old Goat Mods are very inexpensive. Search Old Goat in the forum.

The GLV3s are the other end of the spectrum - convertible mods that are top and bottom feeders. The juice box can be taken off so it can be used as a tube mod. These just came out. If they're anything like the quality of the GLVs, GLV2s they will have few peers. Lifetime warranty, machined mod. greatlakesvapor.com Good luck.

Hi there, T...first of all, Congrats on making the switch to vaping....second, the Reo is the bomb.....between the wife and I, we have 8 of them, with a couple more on the way....and they are just fantastic....rob, the creator, is a great guy and frequents the Reo lounge, along with some of the most wonderful people (the Reonauts) that you could ever hope to find...
Third....since you live in the valley, you should check out the vaping in Phoenix forum.....we have a Facebook page also, along with monthly meet ups....if you come to a meet up you can check out my reos up close....here's a link to VIP...
The reo site you can get to from my sig.....
VIP - Vaping in Phoenix

Edit....the Reo is a native 510 connection....no adaptors required....

Thanks so much for all the input everyone!!

Another question for you all. About how long on average is the wait for a certain color Reo Mini? Does Rob normally make a few of each color or do I need to get in touch with him and specifically request a color? I really like the nickel and green one!!

I wasn't quite sure, but it sounds like my 510 Low Res eGo-T attys will NOT work on the Reo Mini? Or will they and I need some type of 510 to 510 connector?

I'll check out the VIP forum now. I didn't even know it exsisted. Sooooo much information on this site - it's almost mind blowing :)

Rob isn't making any more nickle plated, so if there is one with any color door, you can pick it up and either trade for a green door, or just buy a green door. Hope to see you in the REO forum :)
