newbie wanting upgrade from kanger esmart...recomendations please

Please excuse the dumb ?'s but I'm still learning.
My sister got me a kanger esmart kit to start with to get off cigarettes. It's ok but i'm looking for something with better quality and that will last longer. The esmart holds 1.3ml of e liquid but I find that my evo e liquid burns rather quickly-within 3-4hrs- and that the battery last about the same time. The clearomizer gets hot pretty quick too even if i wait a while in between puffs and only produces ok/good vapor if I take long inhales. From what i've read it seems a atomizer + cartridge or cartomizer-not sure which one -would work better than a clearomizer but i'm not sure. I'm looking for something that's not crazy expensive, just something that will give me 8-10 hrs of vaping a day (I think I'll be satisfied in that range) with a bigger battery and bigger tank that will give good good vapor-although i realize this depends also on vg content, long inhales of the evo e liquid makes me cough and i'm not sure if it's due to vg content. I've ordered more liquid in different pg/vg ratio's to find what will suit me but haven't gotten it yet.
If anyone can recommend something I can upgrade to I would highly appreciate the help. Also I'm still confused on all the technical terms and am still trying to understand the pro's and con's of using a variable voltage battery, using low resistance atomizers, how are mods different, what are drip tips for, or what mah battery i should get. I would like to get something that's is of better quality and will last longer and learn how to use it properly as opposed to buying a whole new kit.
Thanks in advance for any helpful information you can throw my way and sorry for the newbie ?'s.

Welcome , and there are way too many devices out there to list . You should maybe look at the Vamo , the Sigelei Z-max V3 , as a starting point . There are others out there , but those seem to be quite popular right now , and are fairly inexpensive . They are both VV / VW devices , and will provide a lot more to your clearo's . I use Evods , and T3's on my Vamo's and Sigelei's and they rock . Plenty of vapor and flavor . I'm sure others will give you their opinions as well . You will also need to get some big batteries , and a charger , for those devices . You can keep esmart , for a backup device .

Well..I started out on a Vision Spinner 1300mAH...that was recommended to me by many Vapors here on ECF. What I love about it is, it wasn't too complicated for a Noob like me...It's a Variable Voltage...so I could turn it up to 4.8 volts...meaning that most tanks, I could use not only the 1.8 and 2.4 ohms, but also the 2.8.

It has the "fire button" that you hold in every time you take a drag...and then at the bottom, a "twist" dial that you can twist to either go up or down in Voltage. Very Simple. With the 1300mAh you'll get lots of run time before needing a charge. I can usually run mine 1 and a half days before charging. Keep in mind, no matter what battery you decided to get...100mAh = 1 hour run time..roughly.

Me personally, I would get two batteries...one to have to Vape on, and one for while the other is charging.
Here is a link to the battery...this Vendor is a great vendor with Fast Shipping...I do a lot of shopping with them..they really are great!!

Vision Spinner VV eGo Battery 1300mAh

Now don't get me wrong...there is a lot of other higher end Batteries/Mods out there...but if you are wanting something Dependable for you and something that is very easy to Operate...this is what I suggest.

Of course, you'll also need to order a charger plus Tanks to hold the juice in...if you need recommendations for those, just ask!

ok so the vision 1300mah spinner vv and the mini vivi nova tank seem like a good start for what i'm looking for. Does this sound like a good starting point?

Nova tanks are reliable and a good starting point. Many people have their other preferences. I have three nova tanks and they all perform well and carry a decent juice flavor. Vision spinner is also is also a good battery.

I started with an EGO twist battery. Variable Voltage from 3.2-4.8. I got tired of the short battery life and bought a Smoktech Zmax. Then I bought an Itaste MVP, a Sigelei Tmax, and a Smoktech Natural. I Itaste is a VV mod from 3.3-6.0 volts, the Zmax and Tmax are VV and Variable Wattage, Voltage from 3.0-6.0 and wattage from 3.0-15.0. The Natural is a mechanical mod meaning that it fires at whatever voltage your battery is.

If you are wanting something that will last you pretty much all day, depending on your needs, the Mini Nova may not hold enough Liquid for all day use. If you are a heavy Vapor, I would get at least a Regular size Viva Nova to have for when you are out and about and don't want to have to worry about refilling. The Mini Nova will last you quite a while though.

Just make sure you get the Viva Nova and not a knock off..some have trouble with the knock offs. Nova's are a very good start up Tank. Easy to use and clean. Just take it off your battery, take it all apart, and rinse under hot water..let it air dry, or dry it with a paper towel..then reassemble and you're ready to go. You'll need to do this everytime you change Flavors of your juice, or about every 3 tank fulls.

If you have any more ??, just ask!

You can also just get a few of the minis, fill them all and carry them with you. I have a case about the size of a sun glass case that I carry 3 batteries, a charger, and 6 clearos in.

The bigger Vivi Nova will make your battery top heavy and IMO, looks rather silly in public. No offense you anyone that does that, it's just not the setup I would want unless I was home.
