Hi! I have a Joye 510 eGO. The cartridges only seem to hold a few drops of liquid. Are there longer cartridges that hold alot more liquid so you are not dripping all the time? The dimensions are: length: 118mm, diameter: 14mm. It has a 3.7 volt 650mAH battery if this helps. I am still kind of new to this and would appreciate any input. If you know of any and where to buy them, please let me know. Thanks so much for your help!! Dayna:)

Those are the standard cartridges that come with the 510, and I am using them right now. You can get quite a bit of vapor from those carts. There are tank systems for the eGo (in fact I just ordered one myself... it should arrive tomorrow). You can get the tank systems from any place that sells the eGo, but I get all my hardware from Cignot.
The tank systems have a different atomizer and a tank that holds quite a bit of liquid.

If you like the cart hit and taste you can always go with the 510 xl atomizer, holds a bit more....but give a look at the boge lr cartos you might be pleasantly surprised......

Edit: You can also do a cart mod....search blue foam cart mod or Lipton pyramid cart mod on you tube

I too use the eGo and love it! I feel your pain of having to refill the standard carts so often, but papa has a brand new bag to tell you about! They are called the XL cartomizer's for the eGo and they are what I use. I ordered mine from liberty-flights.com and they come in a pack of 5. They hold 2ml of juice (eh, more like 1.8ml before you start to get overflow), excellent taste, TH, and vapor production, and I think they look pretty stylish. :2cool: The downside is that you must use a syringe to fill them.

I am a moderate vaper, and one filled carto along with a fully charged 650 eGo battery last me all day long and most of the morning the following day. I love em! This morning however, I was lucky enough to order some Echo-e cartomizer's for the eGo and I should have them in a few days. These bad boys hold 3ml of juice and are just an all around powerhouse as far as cartomizer's go! Can't wait! :p
