I agree with napdog - this has been my experience as well. I up the nicotine mg when I get edgy and think about smoking an analog. Hang in there, you'll find the right amount. Another thing that helped me was breathing the vape in slowly and holding it in my mouth a bit before inhaling. Not the typical puff & blow of analogs.

isnt it the higher mg, the higher nic content? im using 6mg or 0mg already. im scared to go back using 11+mg's

If you are doing fine on 11, and now already down to 6 or even 0, and not having headaches or other signs of withdrawal from nicotine, keep it up, and don't go back to the higher nicotine content juice! vaping at 0 nicotine is probably the safest, then you are keeping the ritual of smoking without the potentially harmful nicotine stimulant effects on your heart, BP, etc. Way to go dyames000!

And yes, this is correct the amount of milligrams (mg) in the juice tells you the concentration of the nicotine in the juice. I think 6 mg would be 6 mg per 100 milliliters if I'm not mistaken.

i really am proud of myself. in 1 week time i was able to resist nicotine :) this is the best gadget i bought! hopefully my boss will be in the same path as i am. i gave him 1 as a gift for his bday. so far so good. he is a chain smoker. from 24 hours he only lit 2 1/2 sticks XD very big jump. he is using 18mg though but still a big jump
