Welcome to ECF!

I think you just bought a bad quality e-cig, IMO. Atties are a beast all their own; they can last for one day or they can last for a few months.

You can refill the carts yourself (eluma uses a cartomizer, BTW.) You'll need to buy juice from a vendor online and then you can just pop off the top and drip juice inside.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble there. I think a better e cig would be the order of the day here as woman of heart alluded to. The slightly better models are easier to refill and have longer battery life. They take a lot of the fractiousness out of e cigging.
You don't have to spend a great deal to get something just that bit better. A weeks "smoking" money spent should cover it if your a pack a day smoker.
Good luck. And if you can't get answers you need here post again. All you need is the right person to see ypour post and you'll get help. I do not know the eluma model so i can't help any.

Hello frankenstrike, welcome! Just a caution, if your battery is an "automatic" (i.e. no button, just draw on it to take a vape) then be very cautious when you refill the cartomizers to make sure no juice drips down into the hole in the battery. It can cause a short and kill your battery.

Always a good idea to blow thru the cartomizer after you fill it (into a tissue) to get out any excess juice, that will help avoid flooding the cartomizer.

Sorry you're having problems!

When you get this sorted out, you could pick up a Riva Ego at Liberty Flights for $29.99. Long lasting batteries and great CS. If you have a problem they send you a replacement before you send the bad one back so you aren't without.

That and a box of boge 2.0 cartomizers and you'll be good to go.

Click on the 20% off button on the top right.

Have you been vaping for 7 days? Or is that just how long you've had the atty or carto? I've yet to buy an ego, but as I'm sure you are finding out, almost everyone on this site is a huge fan. I'm thinking of getting one for my birthday! lol. But, if you are just starting out, I would be glad to tell you the only place I've found good quality stuff and great tasting juice is Vapor4Life. I've tried MadVapes Top Vapor and the 3 flavors I got ranged from tolerable to "I will throw this bottle away as soon as I can bring myself to do it" If you don't like peppermint schnapps, don't get the Fireball e-juice from MadVapes. I have a little sample kit coming from Vapors Etc. in a few days and I'm really hoping that its good stuff.

But, hands down... ease of use, quality and great tasting flavors are a few of the things that V4L can pride themselves on. Really enjoy their WOW cartos and WOW e-juice. I haven't found a flavor yet that I didn't like!

Check the classifieds. Sometimes people sell juice really cheap there. It's a way to sample juices in an inexpensive way. Someone is selling 3 ml samples for $1.00 each. You have to read through each ad.

might try the dripping in method.dosen't seem to be too hard to do.will any liq. nicotine work,,or does it have to be a special viscosity or such?

Hi frankentrike, welcome to ECF,

No you don't vape "liq. nicotine" - don't do that: It has to be mixed with PV and/or VG as a carrier base. Some juices are made in a VG only base, and yes, the viscosity does matter - it can't be too thick - can be thinned down w/a little distilled water - so it doesn't clog or gel on your atomizer. Other juices are made with a blend of PG and VG. I like mine @ 70PG/30VG because I don't care much for the taste of all VG. It will be a learning experience for you on what your preference is.

You do not usually have to thin or alter any of the juice that comes from a vendor; it's usually in a vapeable viscosity when it arrives to you. Come back if you have any problems, we're here to help you.

Ditto on the Riva from Liberty Flights - I like mine, but the good point is the atomizers that come w/the PVs. They'll really rock your cradle. Happy vaping.
