The mix could be too thick for the tank on the ego. Try dripping a couple drops directly onto the mesh in the atomizer to wet the coil. Also, do what is called a primer puff or two before you activate the button (taking a couple puffs without activating). This should help to get the liquid flowing, then hit the button and vape, see if that helps.

It sounds like the juice isn't wicking properly, especially with the 510T. Most people use a 70PG/30VG mix with those tanks. It seems like everything else is just too thick to work right.

Try putting a couple of drops inside the atty and let it sit for a few seconds so it can soak into the wick and try vaping again. You might also need to adjust the filler in your carts because it might be too thick.

What HzG8rGrl said. High vg tends to make more vapor and increases juice consumption. It's thicker and needs a little more time to wick. Sounds to me like you're getting too much hot air in your vapor, so make sure the coil is staying wet. If you have a button, you can hit it before starting your draw to preheat a little, then release the button before finishing your draw. The hot coil will continue to produce vapor.

Thanx Hz I tried that and it looks like its getting a bit better, getting into a tizzy here. If its too thick how do I thin it down. I have used up all my pg in mixing them yest and only have vg no flavour nic left for mixing, I presume that would make it thicker, my first time mixing here

You are going to have to get a bit more pg to make the liquid thinner in order to flow through the tank.
Yes, the vg makes it thicker and it also mutes the flavor a bit. Some would say you could put a couple drops of distilled water or even high proof alcohol (drinking kind). I suggest the pg-just order some and until it comes in……..when you feel the dryness/harsh start, drip a drop or two on the atomizer. If you continue to burn an atomizer dry it will quit on you.
Try looking in the DIY section here: DIY e-liquid

Editing to add: as womanofheart said…with the carts-you can pull the filler out and trim it to adjust for the thicker liquid-but once you get the mix right you would need to puff the filler back out or have more on hand to address a thinner liquid. More filler for thin liquid-less filler for thick liquids.

Thanks guys. I just love this forum as everyone is very helpful and lots of different ideas. Iv decided to put away my juices for the time being and just use the premixed ones today. Will maybe try my sons ego joye tank system and see if that is any better. We split the juices but havnt heard from him today so his must be ok. might try some distilled water but will try it on my least favourite juice incase I stuff it up. Hate when these stressful things happen, just gets me scared in case I turn to the dreaded analog.....staying calm :)

My lovely vendor here in Oz told me to put 1ml of the distilled water in per 10mls of juice and it worked a treat...phew. It does water down the flavour slightly though.
Another day....another lesson. Could say I'll remember this for my next order but I think Iv got enough juice to last me for a year or 2 as Iv been compilsive buying for the last 7 weeks.
