Congrats to you! Suggested shopping list:
510 atomizer (2.0 to 2.5 ohm range) The lower the ohm the warmer the vape.
Boge cartomizers @ 2.0 ohm crystalclearvaping.com has great prices. GoodProphets.com does also.
510 drip tips: grab several, they're inexpensive at GoodProphets.
Juice. Try small sample-sizes. What I love you may find nasty. It's (very!) subjective.
Tobaccos: Vermillion River and BackWoods Brew
Sweets/Bakery: KickBassVapor (huge fan base)
Variety: GourmetVapor.com - They're having a 50% off sale through the 14th using coupon code vapefest at checkout. I spent $63 getting a slew of samples from them during a sale. I ended up with a couple of flavors I enjoyed. I over-bought but got to try a LOT of juice flavors
There are many more ECF juice suppliers with great reputations. Check the supplier's threads.

I would forego buying of all atomizers and just start up with cartomizers, they are much easier and less frustrating to deal with.
The plain 510 atty and drip tip would be for testing juices.
The tanks use the tank atomizer and tanks and if your kit only comes with one tank atty I would buy a different kit.
You need eliquid
I think you need a syringe? (I don't use tanks)
A second charging cable is a good idea (as a spare, or to charge 2 batteries at once or to use at work if you unexpectedly run out of charge)
And I recommend at least one pack of cartomizers (get Boge 3 ohms ones to start with, then you may prefer Boge 2.0 ohms which are hotter but use charge up faster). It's handy to know how to use cartos - you can compare cartos to tanks. Only put juices you know you like in cartos. Cartos are also useful for a flavor you want to keep totally separate and not in your tank attys. And if you have a problem killing attys, the cartos will let you continue to vape while you buy more.

I agree with the above post. Cartomizers are cheap, simple, and just work. Boge 2 Ohm would work great with that device. I've ordered from goodprophets and can personally recommend them. They have great prices on cartomizers.

Not knowing what is available in Malta, it's looks like you've got a good start, you may want to order some more Cartridges and different flavors of liquid. It's going to take some trial and error to find a flavor you like, just don't throw out the ones you don't like now because you may like them in the future. Good luck and if you have any questions just ask, and have fun learning about vaping.
i guess you don't buy localy in malta or italy, so i'd suggest some more attys and drip tips because many find this method to give the best results. so in addition to your order get at least 2 attys, 2 drip tips and maybe a 5-pack of cartridges
No it isn t avalible in malta So i buy everything form UK its only takes 3 days to arrive.
Next step I like to buy some cartomizers but I read that very low resistance atomisers/cartomizers on ego/riva batteries are known to shorten their life.

Yes, there have been some reports of the very low resistance atties/cartos killing Riva batteries. However, the Boge 2ohms seem to be fine & not cause any problems
