Just saying hello. I wanted to quit smoking but I work in the restaurant industry and it's just really hard, plus any time we go out after work everybody smokes. Anyway, I started with walmart's mistics, then I went with the blu since the mistics kept crapping out on me.
Well I finally graduated, after researching mainly on this forum i decided to go with the Joye eGo-C type-B With the larger battery and love it. Currently I'm vaping with the RY4 e-liquid since it seemed to get pretty positive reviews, and so far I love it, I'm looking forward to try other favors. I have a friend who makes bi-monthly large orders that will get me started trying other favors.
Anyway, I'm very happy making the switch from analogs to my eGo-C, and I'm looking forward to learn and meet new people on here

Good for you. The ego-c and larger battery is a good choice. That way you don't need to charge batteries so often. And with the ego-c you don't have filler material to burn so it is is cleaner vape. Keep up the good work. The ego-c atty's can be cleaned and dry burned when the performance drops and are like new again so you can reuse them many times before you pop in a new one. Good luck.

Is there a link I can follow so I know what you mean by "dry-burned" have not had the chance to look, I've been trying to get "verified" and I was looking at e-liquid reviews

I am a "newbie" to ECF, but have been vaping for 3 months. I love it. I have now gotten to the point where I took the leap, bought "DIY" supplies, and am going to sit down and give it a go at making my own e-juice. I got 36mg/ml nicotine because the higher ones scare me (since everything I have read has nothing but warnings). We'll see, but in the meantime, I am enjoying the new reason to shop!

Happy Vaping!

There are many links that talk about dry burning a coil. Type in the header box at the top of the page on the right side, try dry burning a coil or cleaning carto's. With the ego-c type you take out the e-go atomizer replacement head (Coil), and rince it well with hot tap water and blow it out well and let it dry for a day or set it in the sun for a couple of hours then put it back in the cone assm'ly and screw it on you battery without the mouth piece. Then you can look down the barrel of the cone. Pulse the battery button until you see vapor, or if it is real dry you will not see any vapor, but usually you will see a little. Pulse it many times, for a couple of seconds until you see no more vapor and continue until you see a orange glow coming from the coil and pulse the battery several time until it glows orange quickly when you pulse it. It will now be usable again. I hope this is not to confusing and helps you. There are a few video's on Utube also but I can't really tell you how to find them. Maybe type ego-c atomizer cleaning. Good luck, it does indeed take alot of time searching for sites here on the ecf forum for a particular problem but I have learned a bunch.

Thank you so much, I've watched a couple videos on the subject, not too complicated at all. I'm now thinking of getting a clearomizer, heard good things about the CE4 except for maybe a plastic after taste. Anybody else experience this? Also, one of the tanks started leaking, not terrible but some, I ended up using that atty. to punch out the next tank and haven't had any issues with it but I would like to try the clearomizer and see what all the fuzz is about.

You are welcome. Its part of the fun with E-cigs is trying new things as long as you don't get carried away and spend to much money.LOL Most clear plastic cartos have cracking problems with flavored juices and cinnamon is the worst. They say that the manufactures are using better plastic now, but I have not found one yet to stand up to cinnamon.

The way I'm rationalizong my spending thus far is two-fold: one, it's a hobby, and I like hobbies, and like all hobbies there is always money to be spent, trying new equipment, flavors, DIY stuff, just like what my JEEP (Just empty every pocket) stands for, and two, I'm avoiding another money pit that was slowly killing me, I'd say it's worth every penny
