Hi! I am Kerrie- 35 years old- have smoked since I was 19. Just found out about e-cigs today- I quit smoking 6 days ago using Committ lozenges which I hate! I need the cig in my hand- I need the drag- so when I found about e-cigs I purchased smoke51- can't wait for it to get here! Anyone else used this product and what did you think of it? Thanks!!!

It just floors me that there are so many that haven't heard about this. When I run into people like that, they look at me and ask, "What is that thing?"
I gladly tell them. Glad you found it Kerrie.
I don't use that model but I've heard good things about it.

I'll take that back (thought you said 150). The 51 was my first. I since found my mini which I love and can reload, I don't use it at all.
Of course that means I got a charger and batteries sitting around doing nothing, but oh well.

You'll like it if you want simplicity, just becareful and don't get it hot because the cart will have a burnt taste to it.

thanks for the advice- which one do you use? I live in NW PA and honestly did not even know these things existed- if I did I would have tried to quit 6 months ago- any info you can provide is VERY VERY appreciated!

I agree- I really hope these things continue to rise in the marketing world, could really help a LOT of people out, I know I hadnt heard of them till a few days ago, I actually thought it was a joke!!

They have a newbie section here and you can learn tons of info there.
I use the mini DSE102 and the one I'm stocking up on just in case of a ban.
I've heard great things about the 150 and 901 and would like to try them, but that all depends on how hard it is getting things in the future from China.
As I said, you'll probably like the 51 but you might want to look into something where the carts can be reloaded. Also a PV that uses rechargeable batteries you can buy at a local store. Or, take a look at the Modder’s section, and learn how to build your own PV.

Welcome to the wonderful world of vaping! I think you are going to love it! I smoked a pack a day for more then half my life, but have been smoke free for almost a month without even the slightest urge to smoke! I don't know anything about the one you ordered, but hope it works out for you.

Welcome! I too didn't even hear about e-cigs until someone showed up with one last week. Now I have three models and considering what to get next, as well as trying a few cart mods. Hobbies are great ways of getting the economy moving again!

I just recieved my smoke51 free trial. I'm sorry to say, I do not like it. The automatic feature only works half the time, you have to suck too hard and the vapor is not much. I'm not stopping though! I already ordered another starter kit from cigeasy with a manual battery. The posts and recommendations in this forum really helped me find what other people like.

In the meantime until you get your new kit, try a lighter, long...slow drag on the automatic battery. The automatic batteries do much better if you take a quick primer puff, then long slow drag.

Thanks everyone for the advice! I am on pins and needles waiting for my e-cig to come in the mail. I keep sucking on these lozenges refusing to pick up another analog. I didn't realize how many different brands of e-cigs are out there. I am definitely going to invest in a few different kinds. I hope they don't ban these- they are a wonderful idea!

Myself, and I'm sure many others, will happily second that thought. I was extremely irritated when not two weeks after I got my order, I find out they're considering this ridiculous ban. Hope you enjoy your order when it gets there.
