The Kayfun lite is a rebuildable atomizer design.
Effectively, you (can) build the coil, and wick setup for the tank/atomizer yourself (this particular RBA comes with one pre-assembled for your use).
This is considered an advanced device, in general, because you will be rebuilding it, in theory, yourself.
This has some big Pros and Cons.
Pros being, cheaper overall to build your own coils and wicks, and keep the same tank/deck. Buy it, buy wick and coil (few $ for a lot of material) and your set.
Secondly, you can control the resistance (Ohms) of the coil, providing different vape feels/styles that fit your needs and habbits.
Third, you know exactly where the business bits come from. You buy the coil, you research it, you buy the wick, you research it. You build it, you vape it. Done.
Cons are that it can be difficult to do correctly at first, and frustrating if you have nothing else to vape with. Secondly it does require some basic electrical knowledge, and understanding about Resistance/Voltage and general theory of how an atomizer works. You will want something that can measure resistance accurately (multi-meter preferred). If you build it wrong, you can pop the coil (hot spots that melt/break the coil), burn the filler wick, etc.
Not to scare you off from it, but be aware, and educated.
There are a TON of threads on rebuildables that can get you started and off to a rocking start, but please research what you are doing first. Knowledge will take you far. Ask questions!
Rebuildables, currently, are all the rage, and justifiably so. While you get up to speed, you will likely want to keep it along with some other Cartomizers or Atomizers so you arent stuck if you break a coil, or have problems for a little while when you get used to twisting it.
Lastly, there are hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of reviews and videos on YouTube that will show you how to do rebuildables for basically any devices in existence, and get you some great knowledge.
One such video is:

Beyond that, you can go for a cartomizer tank instead. This will use a cartomizer with holes punched in it, sitting inside a tank, you fill the tank, it feeds to the cartomizer, and you vape away.
An Example of a very simple, cheap carto tank:
510 DCT Cartomizer Tank - Large
It also has pros and cons, namely it is simple, and easy. You know what you get, and dont mess around with winding your own coils. Cons are that cartos, while cheap in general, add up as a cost, and it can get finnicky dealing with carto tanks/leaks.
Sorry if thats info overload, but I hope it helps
