Haha 2 years... I smoked weed for 20+ everyday, all day, 24/7. I got tired of the crap and people associated with it. 2 years is nothin
That's why I'm trying to get an alternative to stop smoking it. I've cut the friends out that got me into it, but when you've become dependant on something to help you handle day to day life, it's not that easy.

I won't judge why you want to vape. I assume you are an adult who should be free to do as you please.

My daughter, a non-smoker, wanted her own ecig device for her 18th birthday. All of her friends smoked cigarettes, and when "hanging out" together, smoked around her. She didn't want to start smoking, but the peer pressure was starting to get to her.

I remembered that this was the age that I started smoking, primarily because of peer pressure. I reasoned that if she vaped flavored zero-nicotine e-liquid, perhaps that might help her decide to never start smoking tobacco. Seemed like a healthier alternative to smoking.

One year later, and she is still vaping recreationally. Thanks to her, her boyfriend is now vaping instead of smoking, as well as some of her previous tobacco smoking friends.

Her older brother had also started smoking. I tried to get him to convert to ecigs, but he didn't think it was cool. Once my daughter started vaping, THEN he thought it was cool and now he is vaping, too.

I see this as a WIN WIN.

Well, if you want to vape, go ahead and vape. That's purely your decision, and you can always vape zero nicotine juice. I have a friend who started vaping zero nicotine juice because she is on a very strict diet where she has to stay away from carbs and sugar. By vaping, she can still taste the desserts that she craves and can no longer have.

As for your question, there is really no reason for you to hold the vapor in your mouth for a little bit before exhaling. Vapers will do that so the nicotine in the juice has the time to be absorbed by the mucous membranes.

Thank you!! I just noticed that's how my friends held it, and I just tried to mimic that action because lung inhales made me cough violently. This helps a lot thank you :)
