Since various people have mentioned higher nicotine, keep this in mind: if you try to vape 6 mg nic liquid the same way you are vaping the 3mg liquid, you will probably want to lower wattage/voltage settings and maybe close the airflow on tank a little, giving you a little less vapor. You would be able to get too much nic pretty quick at 6mg on your setup. Some like more nicotine and 6mg is not completely inappropriate for your tank, but you would notice a difference.

Welcome and Congratulations on the 72hrs, really don't worry yet about the amount you vape, that can be sorted later if need be, just enjoy vaping. Better vaping than smoking. Keep up the good work.

Sounds like you’re doing great!

I did not expect to quit smoking when I started vaping, but to cut down. I did find myself chain vaping, and I too was surprised at how yummy some of the juice is!

Within a few days, I just kind of forgot to smoke, lol.

Sometimes, 3 mg is fine, but there are timed I need more. I try to balance getting enough nic with not using too much juice, so I have several strengths and use as high as I need.

One way vaping is different than smoking, you don’t get more and more addicted, at least in my experience. Many of us started at much higher nic and just naturally dropped as time went on. So I have no worries if I need 12 mg in stressful times. Just as likely I’ll grab the 3 mg in the morning, and go hours without craving.

Sounds like a good idea. Im feeling ok today so far . It does seem to be getting easier, it is good to know that if 3mg isnt enough i can easily grab a 6mg. Hope I wont have to . Well done on your quitting . X

Your right about trying 6mg or any strength you want, part of vaping is all about you the vaper, being in control and the freedom to fix/tailor any aspect of vaping you feel you need to improve upon. All you need to do is Google the question and if you can't seem to find the answer, ask ECF.
