I ordered some cartomizers due to the good reviews and threads here about them, not sure about the long term use, but they did take about 20 drops and didn't require any breaking in and the draw is great on them.

And if anyone is interested my first e cig was a puresmoke that you buy at the malls. Anyway it died pretty fast and I was stuck with some extra atomizers and carts so I took a chance and ordered a 401 converter for it and it does work

They will last quite a long time if you be sure to keep them moist. My wife uses her's for weeks at a time, she vapes 3.7v moderately and rotates through about three at a time.
