As the U.S. proposes to ban the sale of e-cigarettes to children, there's a push to regulate in Canada, CBC's Kim Brunhuber reports

Basically it just says that the FDA has new regulations coming, merchants subject to inspection, ban the sale to 18- and regulate the ingredients in flavor. And that canada has no regulation coming.

And someone's from the Non-Smokers' Right Association says that sweet flavors like cotton candy are not meant for adult, hinting it's targeting kids. She clearly doesn't know much since sweet flavors are quite popular for adults.
