Can you buy smok Cartos for an IBTANKED anywhere other than IBTANKED?
I've been doing a bunch of research lately 'cause I'm looking to get into cartos, and I don't believe smok cartos are specific to IBTanked. As long as you get the correct length in the resistance you want, you should be fine. 35mm and 45mm seem to be the most common available. BTW, the Boge F16 cartos are flanged, as well. Can't vouch for Boge or any cartos personally as I have not made the plunge, but others seem to like them.

It doesn't have to be that way. I saved mine and when I was ready to start rebuilding, I had a supply of these to rebuild.

I did the same thing with the Innokin iClear XI that I started with. But rebuilding a R91 or Kayfun type tank is much easier and faster. Just don't waste your money on clones. I wasted money on the XI and I'm just trying to help people from wasting their money. I'm not in the business of selling the junk like yall probably are. Yall can talk about how cheap the heads are, but it adds up when you go through 2 or 3 a day because the replacement heads are junk!

LOL!!!

THE R91 IS A CLONE. It's identical to the Kayfun Light Plus.

And for the record, Hcigar and EhPro Kayfun clones are 1:1 clones. You can interchange parts with the authentic Kayfun and it will all fit together like it was made in the same factory. Looks the same, fits the same, works the same, costs about 1/4 the price. If you want to waste money buy an authentic Kayfun, or better yet, buy the most expensive Kayfun clone on the planet and get the Russian.

People will tell you that you are “throwing money away” – I call BS on that – You can buy Kanger coils for $1.20 each and they can last anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks depending on how you vape and the number of tanks you are running. A kanger coil (or any coil really, carto or clearo) cost about as much as 3 and a half cigarettes. I like the Prokank 2 with an aero base for single coils or the aerotank with the dual coils. I like the fact that you don’t lose any juice when you need to switch them out. Save them and rebuild someday if you want or don’t, but don’t feel like you have to rebuild to get a decent vape because it’s not the case at all. No – they don’t last forever but if they last a week that’s about 17 cents a day – big deal. - Now I gotta try an ibtanked after reading this thread:)

Yeah, you are another one spewing that BS that doesn't have a pic of themselves in their profile, yet you expect me to believe you?
I've already been down the "heads" road and know better... and my pic is in my profile because I'm not ashamed of what I say.
But it's all a money game, so I'm sure you crooks will have me banned before long because in this day & time, truth is a menace.

The plus came after the 91 after they realized how stupid they were.

If I never found rebuilding I would still be vaping my carto tanks although I unhappily ventured into clearomizers for a time cartos still reign supreme in ease of use and flavor and consistency of vape time. 2cartos and two 30ml bottles used to last me a month if I didn't run into any duds.

Well they are great for rich people or people missing hands or arms or have bad arthritis and stuff like that if you can get good replacement heads... But for average people, they are just wasting money. The Kayfun type builds are just much easier and cheaper. I prefer the Russian so far.
I started out with carto's from V2cigs, then started filling the blank carts. When their quality started going to ...., I emailed them complaining about it and they insulted me by offering me a 15% discount on my next purchase. So I believed the crap most people are spewing and got an iClear XI and learned really quick what trash the replacement heads are. I started rebuilding them until I found out about the Kayfun Lite and bought a clone - it's in the box also because of it's limitations & poor quality IMO. I decided to buy an original R91 for 89.99 and I'm very happy now.:)

I have 4 R91's, Kayfun 3.1, Expromiser, Z-Atty, Kraken, Arrow TI, a coupla Doc Daves, a Strata, Patriot, and other drippers.

Still like my cartos.

When you get home late, your tank needs rebuilding, the others don't have the juice you want, you don't want ot drip and you need to leave in a hurry the next morning, you need a good backup.

Cartos fill the bill, taste good, and are dirt cheap next to smoking. Don't really see your problem with them.

I've been dripping and using my own coils and wicks for a long time now. But whenever I don't feel like messing with anything, or dripping more (like on a long drive, say) I pop on a Nautilus. Sorta like a mini vacation. Haven't had one problem yet and with the adjustable airflow it's just a great vape. Haven't had any bad heads, I'm thinking that was solved.

Not everyone is suited for rebuilding. There are things to learn first, and if someone wants to take their time learning and use something else in the interim, then I wouldn't call that something else "junk". Whatever keeps them from smoking isn't "junk"

If you want, I'll happily add a pic of myself in my profile if you just calm down. There IS a purpose and a reason to clearos, cartos and cartotanks. Not everyone wants to rebuild, even if they can do it. Under your logic, those who just don't want to rebuild should just start smoking again. If rebuilding is the only way to go, then for many the only alternative would be cigarettes. There are plenty of areas in the forums for you to recommend rebuildable tanks to people. If someone specifically says they don't want to rebuild, then who does it benefit to recommend rebuildables and call all other reccomendations a joke?

You're right, anything is better than the stinkies. But even people that use the Nautilus are complaining about the replacement heads.

For every person who has an issue, another person swears by that tank. I think it really comes down to how the person takes a draw, the type of juice they're using, etc etc. I just try and help people find whatever suits their current requirements and budget. If thats a clearo, then it's a clearo. As long as they quit the stinkies, that's all that matters to me.

Me, Aspire DBC tank. Simple, easy. I have 3 eGo battery's, liquid at home and work, charger at home and work.
Coils are cheap (use the 2.1 Ohm ones) and easy to change. They last up to 3-4 weeks, so reasonable.
Cleaning, rare, one every 2 months, with water.
May need to clean contacts on charger though (stays green, clean contacts!).
Been using 6 months or so. I have three tanks, but really, I am only using one of them (bought the others due to bad experiences in the past. Could have saved (even more) money.

My expectations are different for men than they are for women. I don't blame a woman for being as careful as possible. You don't need to do that.
Also, that comment wasn't to you anyway. Why do you want to keep harping about it?
