Greetings!

I have been smoke free a little over a week now. I am however getting bored with the E-cig of choice the Mistic. A friend of mine told me to try the tornado style, but I am unsure. Which is a good next step for a new guy just trying to make it one day at a time not smoking?

Thanks in advance for your assistance, it is greatly appreciated!!

Hi Jake....welcome & congrats. You're going to get a zillion different answers-everyone has their own favorite. I've pretty much stuck w/joyetech all the way; the 510 threading lets you choose between the various atomizers, tanks, cartos, etc. Look for all the info & comments on ECF - honest & expert advice here. Good luck in your new venture - just remember, whatever you choose - there will be another after that LOL!

Probably the top model around here, and the one with the most fans who were coming from your situation is the kGo.
Here's a link.
http://www.sweet-vapes.com/shop?page=shop.browse&category_id=31

There are a million options and it depends on your budget and how much research you're into.
But you really can't go wrong with a kGo. Look through this forum and you'll see a lot of good and not much bad about it.
It's simple, cheap and reliable and takes all the Ego and 510 type attachments, so it's versatile.
Unlike most of the similar looking eGo e-cigs, including most of the Joye Egos, it operates at up to 4.2 volts, instead of 3.3 or 3.4V, for more vapor production.

A similar unit is the e-Power. The main difference being that the e-Power uses separate batteries, like a flashlight.
When the battery ultimately dies, you toss it and buy another $5 battery instead of a new e-cig.

These units are bigger than the little mini-cig types. If you really must have a mini-ecig and are willing to put up with their limitations, the only ones worth considering, IMO, are the Volt, the Bloog Fusion Maxx, or the Halo G6. They are sort of a up-and-sideways move from what you have. They're better, but still not entirely the "next step".

After leaving my metro, similar to mistic, I got an e-power 14650 from Sweet-Vapes. I love the exchangeable batteries and the voltage is pretty steady through the entire battery. I Vape constantly and one battery gets me through an entire day. That's about 3ml a day for me. Be careful though, if you are anything like me, you will want better and better. If you can afford it, just get a variable voltage now. Tons of choices, I am still weighing my options on a vv. Maybe an EVO or an eGo twist....

I started with the EGO myself and it came with 2 of the 650 Mah batteries. Honestly, I wanted a little more vape time, so I upgraded to a mod with a 2800 Mah battery. The Ego still gets a fair amount of use, as I take it on the road and it last about 8 hours on a full charge.

This is where I ordered. I little bit higher than other places, but when you click on the Sale/Free Stuff link on the left, you will understand why I choose them. Plus, if you enjoy bakery flavors, like I do, then you're gonna love the way these taste.

E Cigarette Starter Kits choices.

Hello and welcome to the ECF! If your not worried about the size than go with the E power that takes 18650 batteries because then you can use the batteries on your next mod as well. I'm thinking there is a 90% chance that you WILL get another in the future and the most popular are ones that take 18650s. Also that's enough battery to last a chain vapor 24 hours. It will cost you up front for the batteries and charger but will save you money in the end because the other batteries are throw aways when they die and you will most likely be needing them (18650s) in your vaping future any ways. Hope this helps..

Howdy! I ended up on Johnson Creek website and bought their new Vea e-cig with a sampler and menthol juice. Great service, quick shipping. I liked it was a one stop shopping, I will post more later on the Vea. I do know ALOT more vape than the Mistic. Going to refill the Mistic and use it for a backup. I do like that the new e-cig don't look like an analog.

Hey Dana, I'm in the Quad Cities and beyond the tobacco outlets and their inexpensive devices, there really isn't any vamping stores that I am aware of.

Be safe out there.......

Jake
