I went from ego twists to Smok Natural with RSST. I didnt want to fork out the cash for the provari and didnt want chinese made vv/vw pcb....Wrapping coils easier with mech mods because it will fire, especially if you arent so good at wrapping coils. I was frustrated with cartos and found that genesis atomizers arent hard to setup, and the taste and vapor trumps cartos (at least for me).

I still use my old twists for light and on the go situations. Parks, Amusement parks, sporting events, movie theaters, etc. You might want to consider keeping one back up.

I'd keep the twists for when you go out since most apvs are pretty big. Also really depends on.your budget... vamo on.the low end and provari on.the high end, I went in the middle with an SVD but use my twists for when I am out.

The VW iTaste V3 is smaller than the Twist as well as performs better.

Here's my 2 cents.
Innokin iTaste MVP for the everyday...I hate fiddling with batteries, especially if I'm on the road to and from work. The battery life of the MPV goes pretty long..I use a Vision Vivi Nova on a 2.6-2.8ohm atty using 100% VG. Lasts me 2-4 days without the need to recharge......

Very, very few people will get 2 - 4 days on a charge with ANY PV model. For most, 10 - 20 hours is more typical for a larger battery PV.

I'm using twists and feel like the MVP is my next step up. Its only real downside is the non replaceable battery.. But if you get close to 6 months with 1 MVP, not too shabby! Def keep this one in mind, there's a good deal on fasttech.

Yes, very nice APV's. Even better if they had an Ohm meter. Makes it a deal killer for me. I've come close to adding this device about 30 times, I just cannot get over the missing Ohm meter. Sure, I have a DMM, but every non-mech I have has an Ohm meter. Maybe Version 2?

I like this one the best:

$58.85 Vamo V3 Stainless Steel Variable Voltage E-Cigarette Battery Compartment Set - with Nitecore I2 EU battery charger / 2*Panasonic CGR18650CH 18650 batteries at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

But, do yourself a favor and get some 18350 batts. Very nice in the smaller mode, and way more portable than "light saber" mode.

Edit:
Ok, now I see that this has already been posted. Sorry. Ignore all but add the 18350's,.

I still use my Twist every day, but while looking for something better, I tried a couple of Vamos' and a Zmax. Neither lasted oner 3 weeks until the problems started. I decided to quit throwing money at cheap import stuff and bought a Provari (I got a blem). I now own 3 Provari's and am about to order another one.
