So after vaping for about a month I realized I need better/new gear, isn't that they way it is in every hobby. :) My question is I currently use drip tip atties which are Carotmizers/tank coils like drip tips like drip tips but like a bigger volume content? Still don't mind drip tips but for driving and out on the town it just seems like the after mentioned would be easier.

If you like your battery set up (assuming ego/riva/kgo type) then I'd suggest getting a nice LR dripping atty with a ming style drip tip. Something like an HH357 or cisco 306 from avidvapor, or an I06 from ikenvape.
If you want something while driving (understandable) then I'd suggest a nice clearomizer (stardust or phoenix bottom coil) or if you want an even larger capacity... something like a phiniac tank or any similar tank (depends on how much you want to spend)

If you want a battery upgrade... go provari if you want awesome sturdy VV and got the money, Reo if you want bottom feeder, lavatube if you want cheaper-ish but still usable and good VV, or maybe a silver bullet (not sure if this is VV or not)

But is the Clearatomizer similar to dripping?

What he's linked you to there is a bottom coil clearo, formerly marketed as the sapphire. Those work ok, but I had a leaking issue with one out of the four I tried. There's also a breakin period on them. Your first fill will taste somewhat plasticky.

I use ce2 quite a bit. They work pretty well and to me are even better and cleaner than dripping is. The big thing with them though is they are fighting gravity. Once they get down to 25% fill level, I will normally just refill. About ever 4-5 fills (depending on juice type), I'll take the whole thing apart and clean it.

Actually after more study I am going for a tank, I have another question, I do reenacting, which for the purpose of this question is primitive camping, near car but electricity free for the weekend, what are the best batteries to get for primitive camping, a fellow vapor suggested 1000 amh and get a couple I would be fine. Also I only have 510 chargers do tanks/ batteries come with that thread type, Also I know some tanks have screw on drip tips, are there ones that would let me use the o ring ones a currently use. Just trying to be economical.

Just about everything has a 510 thread type. This is the first time you mention that you are using 510s. Yeah you have a problem gettin away from a plug with those. How long does a 510 battery last you? If you want to be sure, consider something that takes an 18650. Three of those should be able to get anyone through a weekend. You can get 18650 egos here.
