I love how clean the whole site is, with the white background. Makes it easy on "old" eyes! I would like to see some larger batteries offered, along the lines of the eGo style.

PS: I also love you're in Illinois! And the coffee flavor is da whole shebang! Wonderful!!! But this post's flavor pick will be grape in 18mg!

Automatic batteries seem to be coming back and seems the bugs have been worked out of them. I would go fully automatic if that is the case. Hopefully you will add the higher mAp ones to your site.

I think my sister would enjoy your Sahara @ 11mg so that will be my second choice. thank you

I agree that vast improvements have been made in Auto's and we do carry them. They should be listed first on the battery page.

Oh, and I forgot this earlier but a major annoyance on the website is that there is no persistent feedback when you add something to a cart. (I didn't realize there was any feedback at all until just now.)

Also, 'show shipping options' doesn't work if residential/business isn't selected, but I totally missed the option initially. (I hate to keep reporting issues, it is overall a really good site. Honest :)) I think that last one is why I ended up abandoning my order last time - didn't spend a lot of time looking around for what might be wrong, just wandered off when it didn't work.

I dislike the fact that the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page auto-opens an email message (because it's a mailto link). A lot of users don't have an email client like Outlook configured on their home computer, so the message that this link opens isn't sendable for many people. I would prefer a page of contact information, or even a page with just a webform for people to submit an inquiry

My flavor pick is waffle in 8mg.

Ordered. And of course, I immediately realized I should have doublechecked my order. Could have gotten a pack of cappucino cartos for the same price as shipping & it would have kicked me to free shipping. Whoops :)

With the "30 day money back guarantee" and "90 day warranty" (kudos on those, BTW!) being so prominent at the top of the page, I feel like it should be a clickable image that takes me to information (just linking to the CS page would work). I also feel those two items should be reviewed or at least included in the FAQ.

My pick for this post will be.... Mocha Latte! *drool* 8mg please.
