We have tested every product line available and this is the end result of our efforts. You can probably purchase some of our products for less money if you buy bulk or have them imported yourself. However if you want customer service, spoken in English with reasonable product replacement from the same time zone, you're going to like us.
If you're looking for ultra high tech web design, eloquent descriptions, top notch photography, with Hollywood sponsors, well....you probably will not like us.
We keep our prices down by selling the same quality products in a lack luster fashion, with good old fashion, word of mouth advertising. Customer service is our priority and goal as we believe this can be the most valuable yet often overlooked tool in today's market place.
We are confident that, although we may not sell the most this year, we will have a strong, dedicated, customer base next year.[/FONT]

You have no store here and I derive no benefit from one, this is BS with the gov getting the vendors to do their dirty work. No problems with the tax (well, yes, but from local brick and mortars though, I do get something from them being here.

Won't order from anyone caving into this extortion.

Nothing personal, but I do my best not to encourage yet more graft ability from government in general .

If nothing else, I'd see some sense in paying taxes to the state you were in...

You have to charge tax in states where you have a physical presence.

I assume you don't have a summer home in each state.

Im not sure exactly what you mean, but sorry..I hire an acountant to do my taxes and that is what he told me...I think it is because the goods are imported though or something...I have enough problems with Customs and FDA and dont want add IRS to the list right now...I will send you a free bottle of juice (Flavor of choice), which is what I have been doing with all new orders and a 10% coupon for your second order...Sorry

I just called my accountant who was on his way into a funeral, but talked to me anyway...Internet sales in NJ must charge tax..some States are different, but he did not have time to explain but promised to get back to me...Trust me I am not conspiring with the Government or trying to get rich quick with 7% of my total sales... Iam doing all my transactions through PayPal who also informed me that taxes were required

Correct me if I'm wrong... but you need a sales and use tax license in order to collect and then forward sales tax collected for your state. At least that's the way it worked when I had my business in the state of Maryland. So, in order for you to collect sales tax in all fifty states, you would need a sales and use tax license for each state. Like I said, someone correct me if I am wrong.
