I haven't had any issues with any of the many drip tips I have (from various suppliers,Drew included)<<< I know people that have problems hate hearing this... so I will add a more productive comments
some might have already been stated.
if you feel you have "small holed" tips
1) if they are heavily used "build up" tends to slow the path so cleaning is the solution
2)
vaping it immediate after dripping many drops- the wait isn't long, but still need a slight wait
tricks
1) blow
2) tap
3) a better (IMO) and more natural way of doing it is dripping on an already pre-activated atty.. an atty that already has been hit in a vape session will help the "juice suction" plus if you activate the atty a second or two before taking a hit will help prevent "juice lock" since the heat will help draw the liquid down the chamber to the heat source.
though it isn't complicated, it still takes sort of a "technique" (small) to get the outcome you are looking for.
