Purchased some 306 custom atomizers from NHaler a few weeks ago and didn't get around to testing all of them when they came in. When one died and I needed to change it out I found that two of them fired, but burned up immediately. I emailed Drew with my issue and explained that it had been a couple of weeks since receiving them and normal warranty was DOA, but wondered if there was anything they could do to help me out. Well, he/they did, they replaced both atomizers in my next order. Thanks so much Drew, you guys rock...... Cindy
