nic concentration % vs mg?

so I am looking at placing an order with PureSmoker but all their liquids list Nic strength in % instead of mg. Never seen this before. Anyone know how the numbers convert? For example they list "medium" as 1.6%; but I have no idea how this converts to mg.

Just move the decimal point...1.6% ='s 16mg 2.4% ='s 24% ect
