Yes, this is pretty common. Reduce the nic level in your e-liquid and/or the length of your vape sessions and see if that helps. If they persist, try an e-liquid from a different vendor to see if you're having adverse reactions to the flavoring(s) in that particular brand. You can also try different levels of VG / PG to see if that is a determining factor as well.

I currently smoke a 12mg ( fixing to drop to a 6 or 8mg soon) as my all day vape, but one of my fave flavors i can only get in a 18mg, SO it looks like i'll have to either put up with the headaches or quit buying that flavor and try to replace it with a "similar" flavor!
Or, you can thin it down with either (or both) PG or VG and lower the nic level yourself. You may loose some of the flavor, but you'll still be able to use it!

I vape all day on 6mg. I went over a friend's place and vaped her juice for 3 hours straight while studying for midterms and got a splitting headache. I was also extremely nauseated. I looked at her bottles and realized all her juices are 12 mg. Had the worst time during midterms. Now I vape 12 mg for about 3 - 5 minutes before going into work and I'm good to go for a couple of hours. ^^

I'm nervous bout trying to "cut" it down...seeing as I'm still REALLY new to vaping...maybe in a few more months lol

There really isn't anything to be nervous about. Many DIYers use a calculator to determine how much to cut their juices assuming that they are using a base juice. While I don't DIY yet (I'm still learning the ropes myself) I have started to cut my own store bought juice. I usually vape at around 21mg (24 is okay every once and awhile but all day its too much and 18 isn't enough even if I chain vape).

eJuice Recipe Calculator

It should also be noted that you can also use distilled water to cut your juice--which is what I prefer to use when I merely want to cut a 24mg down to 21mg. It does have to be distilled water though, tap water or other water which is not distilled has dissolved solids in it and/or chlorine and I have no idea what that would do to your lungs not to mention the coils on your atty.

I got that a little at first when I started, but admittedly I was hitting it pretty hard, trying to replicate the burn of an analog. I still vape 24mg all day erryday. I really only get nic headaches when I am trying a bunch of new flavors, so i'm doing hard puffing in rapid succession.

But yeah, might be the nic, might be the flavors, might be the PG. Do a little bit of process of elimination.
