Yep.... the nic seems intensified somehow and I can't quite explain it, but I did have to cut down or deal with a nic overload....lol. Quickly went from 10mg to 5 and now around 2 or 0 sometimes. Maybe it's the evap chamber that concentrates the vapor? I'm sure someone with much more knowledge will happen along soon and set us straight.....:D

I'm assuming it's the obvious fact that youre getting much more juice per hit w the kayfun, as borne out by its dramatically higher juice consumption rate. More juice = more nic. I dropped from 12 mg to about 8, although don't know for sure. I'm filling kayfun about 2/3 full, then filling the rest of the way w pg using a syringe. I'd just mix batches of 8 but I haven't entirely ditched the idea of sometimes using my other atties. :)

If you have a juice you really like you could also buy a bottle of vg at Walmart and add some to your refill, thus diluting the nic and flavoring. It would help bring the intensity down a notch. Just trying to help. Good luck to you and happy vaping.

That is exactly what I had to and did do. I have pretty much exclusively vaped 36mg but now that I'm using a KF clone I couldn't handle all that nic. So the other day I went to wally world and got a bottle of vg and I have been feeling sooo much better. It was exactly what I needed to do so I could get back to fully enjoying my vape... except for one problem that I'm having with my dripper. But that's a different subject for a different thread.

36mg in a Kayfun or dripper?!? You are a beast! :D I vape 24mg juice in my clearos, and I didn't lower it for my dripper or Kayfun at first. I didn't get any bad effects, but I can vape 18 or even 12 and not feel edgy for lack of nicotine.

I don't tend to dwell on the whole nic level thing too much. It's not really harmful by itself. After about 6 months of vaping 224mg and being smoke free, I am going to start using 18mg once I get my supplies to DIY juice.

I guess I don't see this. I chain smoked 2+ packs a day for 50 years before taking up vaping. I use an Aerotank, iClear X.I, Fogger V2, V3 and V4, Kayfun 3.1, Lite and Lite Plus, Taifun GS and GT, Magoo and I don't alter the NIC levels for any of them. They all get the same juice and I have never noticed any differences between them. They all taste different but physically I don't notice any difference. I have read this conversation before but never understood it.

I think people tend to lower the nic level because of the increased Throat Hit the kayfun produces as well as it can vape at higher wattages compared to a dinky e-cig so people reduce nic level by 6 mg to give them about the same experience
