Ok, I normally vape 18. I know I will need to drop my nic level when the taifun gets here. What do y'all recommend?

Good question, I can only tell you what I have done. When I started vaping 8 or 9 months ago I was using 18mg, then as my equipment advanced to VV mods and stuff like protank2 I decreased nic levels to 12mg. Now with a kayfun and dripper I've found 12 mg to be a little too strong, keeping me awake at night, etc. So now my most of my NC juices are ordered in 6mg. One advantage of lower nicotine levels, as Clark has pointed out, is more flavor, and I believe he is right.
As long as it not causing you any problems I don't think I would worry too much about it....
I was mixing 12 and 6 for 9 when I started using the Taifun. After the first tank I went on down to 6. I recommend you get a bottle of 12 of your favorite that you can mix with the 18 and add more 12 if you need to. You may find you can go on down to 12.
