Nic long term storage?

With all the commotion on the way with the FDA, etc., I've been thinking about stocking up on nic fluid. I figure with rba tanks and the supplies to build them, and DIYing my own juice, I can probably stretch it out a year or so without any FDA driven side effects (hope for the best, but plan for the worst). Hopefully I'll have myself down to the 0mg by the time supplies run out.

I do realize there is a shelf life to the nic fluids, though. So I'm wondering if anyone has had experience storing this stuff away for long periods and could give some pointers to make it last?

Stuff like, is it better to store at the concentrated levels or mixed down with PG/VG? Refrigerator/freezer? Glass bottles over HPDE? That kind of info would be MUCH appreciated!!!
