it is my understanding that they are running about a month behind. Customers are getting their orders however that are not getting them as quickly as they would like. Check out their facebook page which was updated 5 Feb stating they were overwhelmed and running behind. You can always order from the States and take your chances CBSA.

Now I am not sure if this actually indicates that my item was sent, and this is a Canada Post issue, or if this is just a notice that says it will be sent. Have sent at least 6 messages to Nic-r-us with only a single reply early in the process.

I have been feeling like I have been scammed now for at least the last 2 weeks, especially when their customer service seems to be non existent. Any reply is better than total silence. I could have ordered from China twice over in this time frame, but wanted to shop Canadian. Very disappointed with this company.

mipo7 that means Canada Post has received the electronic shipping notice. Your item should actually ship and show as shipped in the next couple of days. Hope that helps.

Do you work for Nic-r-us? As you can see, this tracking info is dated from January, well over a month ago. Would be great to see some movement though, must check that tracking at least 3 times a day, so have seen no activity on over 100 views of that web page!

If it takes a month to get to me, I'm not going to be a very happy camper. Week? Sure, I can see that. But anything longer needs to be prominently displayed on their website as a warning that there are shipping delays.

It takes time.. Mine and many others orders took 3 to 4 weeks to get to us.. We all got our goods.. except 1 poster here..
Many have posted warnings in this thread.. that if you cannot or will not wait them out.. DO NOT ORDER..

The product is good and I am very happy with it.. I will order again, but I am willing to wait.. I have been trained by fasttech..

I ordered on Feb 3/14, received my stuff on Feb 26/14.
From reading in here & on the FB page, I knew it would take about a month, so I ordered well in advance of needing it.
I'll do a repeat order with them. The price is right & I don't have to worry about the ...... at the border.

I ordered Jan 16 and have yet to receive anything, and they don't even have the courtesy to let me know what is going on. Forget about emailing them everyday as it is 100% pointless. You will never get a reply and sending an email everyday isn't going to change that other then to fill up their inbox so they ignore it. I don't know what the current state is with orders from them but here is how it went for me when I put in my order about a year ago.

Placed an order and waited. After close to three weeks tried to contact the company with no reply to all forms of contact. I am not willing to go into what "all forms of contact" means but it went far beyond just sending emails to the email address on their site.

They never replied to any of my questions and I figured they would never send me my order. Stupid but I paid using email money transfer so thought all was lost.

Then to my shock just about a month after putting my order in a big box got delivered and I got my order I tested the nic and it showed as 96.5mg so within the margin of error considering that was the first time I ever did a test for nic content. My nic is basically clear and I store it in the freezer.

mipo7 I know you are getting worried but my guess is you will get your order within the next 5 business days or less.

Anyone know of a sure way to get hold of this company. It has now been over 7 weeks since I placed my order. All email communication has been ignored. I did almost immediately receive a tracking #, and the site says my order was fullfilled. Filed my own claim with Canada Post and they finally got back to me after 3 weeks, saying that Nic-r-us needed to file a claim. Not sure at this point if the order was actually sent and it is a problem with Canada Post, or if the order was never sent. Still have trouble understanding how a company can so completely ignore customer service. Also noticed that all comments made on Nic-r-us facebook page under their Feb 5th post have been deleted, as it was just filled with people who never received their orders, or had been an excessively long time since the order had been placed with no package arriving.
It should never have gotten to this point, where so many people are angry with with this company, if they were willing to put some effort into customer service.

Took some persistence on my part, but it looks like I finally got my order sorted out. They have been making a bit of effort lately, and they do have a presence on facebook.
A recent post on facebook suggests that they are going to have a $500 minimum order going forward, though I don't think it is reflected on their site yet. Sad that we are losing a straight nic site for the DIY crowd.

Would you know if e-cigsupply.ca nicotine base is same or different from let's say Canvapes nicotine base flavor wise??
And if possible what would be a contributing factor to this?

Or even one vendors nic base compard to another flavor wise whether in Canada or the US, what I'm getting at is I'm looking for the cleanest or perhaps best tasting nic base? Where could I acquire it from.

Canvape nic base has a kinda wierd deep background taste that I don't exactly enjoy nor can I explain it properly.

So I'm also asking would lets say JUGHEAD'S use a different kind of nic base/supplier vs Canvape, or another vendor?

My order finally shipped this week. Unfortunately, the local post office is a joke and embarrassment to post office's world wide. As it was an expedited package, they should have delivered it yesterday. But because it was Friday, it appears they took an early start to the weekend.
