They did withdraw the money three days after I placed my order, but there's no sign of shipping in three+ weeks. Their website still is up and accepting orders. There must be a Canadian law to make them send the goods or to refund??

You are always free to do a chargeback, either by your credit card or paypal (litigation) and they should answer at this point because it will cost them money. PayPal just recently, this week, raise this cost to 20$ CAN if there's a litigation.

Thanks Zurd, but I paid by Interac (the method of payment that most of Canadian vendors require) and there's no chargeback with Interac as far as I know.

Haven't heard of chargeback with Interac either but I still would be surprise if there's nothing of the sort. Call ur bank and let us know :)
