Nic strenght

I'm 2 weeks new to this and in the past week been developing headaches..
Learning it probably is Nic strenght and frequency of use.

I picked up some VG at the local pharmacy (understanding it would add vapor) and figured to cut my juice.

I have 18mg juice and just cut 50/50, so... 9mg now.. right??

Is this a lineal thing??

Yes, if you have 10 ml of 18mg juice and add 10 ml of VG to it, you'll have 20 ml of 9 mg. You will also cut down the flavoring though, and it'll be at 1/2 strength which may or may not taste good.

Your headaches could be due to too much vaping and not drinking enough water. vaping dehydrates you so drink lots of water.

I normally get 50/50 mix juices. I picked up an all VG juice and it definitely kill the flavor as well as throat hit. I also have a 40-60 mix and the flavor and throat hit are also not optimal for me. I'll stick to 5050 mixes

Yes, I need to drink more water (hear my daughter in the background..) and believe me when I say:
I do need to drink more water!

Very happy to hear it's linear!
My local supplier (sorry to say unless you live near can't buy from him) mixes very nicely and even a 50/50 blend doesn't hurt it that bad.
I'm going to have a chat with him about a special mix for me.

My intention is to have a chat with the local dude and learn what, how and why.

I do see a flavorful mix in my future!

Yeah, your body is still getting used to the switch off analogs. Keep hydrated and take some multivitamins and you'll be just fine in no time!
