I too think this forum is great. Good info, good support and so many nice people willing to take the time and help. Can't wait till our banners say over 1 year. With vaping and ECF I know we can do it.

Not at a month myself, but being off cigarettes is something I have wanted for a long time. It is so amazing to see these posts and people who will be healthier and happier.

Congrats! I'm at the 1 1/2 month mark or thereabouts. Six months sounds awesome!
Congratulations I love hearing all the successes as well as the struggles. Each in their own way help us to know that we too can succeed. I still celebrate each day as I approach the one month mark - because this is still truly amazing to me that I am not smoking - and I never even planned to quit.

It does get easier, and before you know it you won't even think about those nasty smelling cigarettes! I was surprised to see that I had almost forgotten my 6 month was here! My hubby reminded me and I had to look up my quit date Yay!
