I recently received my first 808 cartos and attempted to pry out the white plug for filling. I didn't know that the type I got were glued in and needed to be dipped into boiling water first. What a PIA.

I promptly destroyed the inner white plug on two of them and have been tail piping with these ever since.

Well today I pulled the mouth piece off of one of my old 801 carts (pen style) and much to my suprise it fits snuggly around the outside of the 808 carto!

The 801 carts of course come in two types. Rubber (this is the one that fits) and hard plastic (nuh uh no way)

Yes, and the 901 will fit (inside) w/ a little trimming. The J118/902/VX2 are reported by some to fit inside w/ no modification, although there's not as many places to get them.

I use V4L cool cartomizers on my Prodigy V3 @ 6 Volts with the PureSmoker drip tip in place of the rubber end cap. Love it! No more hot carto on my lips and no juice gets in my mouth. Plus you can toss a few drops of e-liquid in when needed without having to run and refill.

Wait, so 808D cartomizers fit on the Prodigy V3? I was looking at that one but thought it only took atomizers and carts, not full cartomizers.

Well, gee. I thought I had discovered something wonderful and original last week. Now I see that someone else already thought of it.

J118/VX2/902 mouthpeices fit like they were made for cartos (V4L Wow cartos at least) You can get 902 cartridges from Modern Vapor. $3.95 for a five pack - make sure you choose flat tips in the drop down menu. Just throw away the inner cart from the 902 and the white cap from the carto and voila - perfect fit!

I use them with a Wow carto and an XL battery from V4L. It makes an impressively long e-cig - almost as long as my penstyle.
