I guess the cleaning lady pulled the plug on the server to plug in the vacuum and forgot to put the plug back. (Don't laugh...I've seen it happen.)

I really couldn't figure out what the problem was.
The servers were alive (they responded to several pings), but always timed out in the browser... very odd.
