I was wondering if anyone had a rough idea as to what the content of a bottle of liquid is to a cigarette. Long story short is I really was never a big analog smoker, only when I drank. I decided to quit doing that as if was just adding another unhealthy habit to my list of unhealthy habits. However I still wanted to smoke, so enter ecigs, my savior. Problem is, I am always vaping now. Especially now that I've found new juices and mods, it's addicting as hell. I usually vape in the evening only, I never smoke at work. So let's just say on average the majority of vaping I do is from 5 till midnight depending.. you get the jist.

So my question is this, I use 8mg strength. I am wondering if anyone has a rough idea as to what one clearomizer filled with ejuice would equate to in analogs? I know there probably is no definitive answer, but maybe a rough estimate? I just want to see if I should be going down to 0mg. I have mild hypertension (mostly whitecoat) and the last thing I need is to make that worse by pumping nicotine in my body more than I used to. I really don't want to try and be healthier but then end up going backwards instead?

Still trying to grasp this whole new world of vaping.

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but my understanding is 18mg is roughly a full flavor cigarette, and 12 mg is an ultra-light. Keep in mind also that you'll only get somewhere in the neighborhood of 30% of the nicotine absorbed into your lungs from vaping that you would with an analog (the water molecules from vaping are much bigger than the smoke molecules from an analog and don't penetrate as deeply into the tissue in your lungs).

8mg juice is really not a lot of nicotine.
