How does nicotine (in most cases) correlate to flavor? I've had a couple of juices that I enjoyed more in a lower nic dosage, and a juice I liked more in a higher nic dosage. To be clear when I say I liked them more I am simply talking about flavor, I know with different dosages of nicotine there will be differences in throat hit. Is there any consistency with how juices taste with nicotine? Would juices with 24MG have a less full bodied flavor than a juice with 4MG of nicotine, or other way around? Could my initial experience having juices on each end of the spectrum been due to just some human error in the mixing process?

thanks,

It definitely has an impact on the flavor. I've been purposely weaning my nic levels down. I didn't notice much when I dropped my nic levels from 24 to 18 to 12, but going to 6, wow, the flavor drop off was great. I had to wean slower than that so that I got more used to the flavor. Once I got used to the new lower level, it's like the flavor improved. I think my taste sense improved over time. I've managed to get down to 0 nic now and gosh, everything tastes just fine. Sounds odd, I know.

Using salt with food brings out the flavor of the food. If you've never had properly seasoned food, you would think salt would just add saltiness to it, but it does more than that. For a lot of people eating meat or vegetables without salt makes it seem bland. If you got used to using less salt and then no salt, you would get used to it and your food won't seem as bland as when you used salt, but it still won't be the same as far as flavor potential for most people.

I believe nic has the same effect on ejuice. I've had zero nic a few times, and it was just, well, bland. It had the intended flavor, but was just missing something flavorwise for me. I'm sure I could get used to the flavor of zero nic, but it may always seem like it's missing something for me.
