Nicotine Gut

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I guess it's a sort of nicotine poisoning, but maybe it's from the PG? Lately, particularly with cheap cartomizers and/or Chinese juice, I get really bad indigestion, a bit of acid reflux and vertigo/dizziness. Even zero-nicotine juices and/or low concentration juices can do this to me. Can anybody suggest what might be going on? Also, have any of you experienced the same sort of thing?
