^ I think diet, exercise and genes also have something to do with your health. Personally, I don't exercise, other than playing golf, can eat more than a Samoan and not be fat like one (my dad's genes) and avoid high-fat and high-salt food. My blood pressure, cholesterol, etc, etc, are all fine. The only thing that is abnormal about my health from smoking is my rapid heartbeat and body temp is a little high. My grandpa must have passed down his good genes to me since he smoked opium well into his 90's.
