One thing I hated about quiting smoking was not being able to go #2. In fact I would go days and just break down and buy a pack so I could have a bowel movement. There were times that I would be clogged up and while my husband was out buying me a pack, the thought of knowing cigarettes are on the way home made me go before I even got the cigarette in my hand. What's up with that? I thought it was a physical thing but maybe it was psychological too.

I was worried that vaping, forgetting that nicotine is a stimulant, was going to clog me up. No, on the contrary, even after lowering my nicotine mg from 24 to 18-12 is making me go more. It's totally normal and around 2-3 times a day. I'm not complaining but I think this is a really good benefit because I don't feel sluggish. With cigarettes it was only once a day and not as easy to pass as it is with vaping.

Also note, I've stopped taking my pain killers for the supposed fibromyalgia that I was diagnosed with. I don't feel anymore all over body pain now that I am off cigarettes completely. I know pain medicine can cause some back up but I never had a problem, or maybe I did.

I'm not expecting too many people to jump into this conversation but if you aren't shy, have you noticed a difference?
