The only place I know of that has really high mg nicotine and extra/double flavor is myfreedomsmokes.com.
You can also amp up the flavors in any juice with Lorann's or Bickfords food flavorings. Check the DIY section of this forum for more hints.

They are unflavored.
All you have to do is mix them in with the flavor you like.

looks like his 36mg is PG only, though. the 24mg comes in both types. that may be due to stock issues or something, but all is see is 36mg PG.
