Nicotine levels

Does the level of nicotine effect the taste, vapor and throat hit. I'm currently using 12mg.

It does for me. 12 was not near high enough for me- tho I smoked ultra lights and thought it would be. I vape a tobacco at 24 and most flavors at that or just below. I hope to go much lower eventually. I am only 7 weeks into this and will be curious as other, more seasoned members respond.
