I used nicotine lozenges for five years before switching to vaping. Since switching to vaping, I've saved a ton of money; and feel as though I don't require the vaping nearly as often as I needed or relied upon the lozenges. They're also quite expensive from local grocery or pharmacy stores, a pack of 2mg lozenges (108 count) cost about $45-50 and would typically last me about 10 days.

I liked them because they gave me something to do; the lozenges last up to an hour to completely dissolve and I was able to completely quit analogs with them.

I disliked them because they taste like crap, caused nasty bad breath (not as bad as cigs!), could sometimes cause pretty bad stomach problems, and were very expensive... not quite as expensive as regular smokes, but close. They also do not offer a less than 2mg option, so really no good chance to break a nicotine reliance without actually quitting the lozenges cold turkey as well.

Since switching to vaping, I haven't had any desire at all for a lozenge, even when vaping 0mg juices. I don't vape 0mg that often, but am hoping I'm able to switch to 0mg after awhile, especially once I find some more juices that I *really* like.

So, anyone else have any luck with these expensive little disks?

I've been smoking for 30 years and have tried pretty much every nicotine replacement at one point or another. Nothing has worked for me until now. I don't even consider vaping to be a replacement for smoking, it's just superior in almost every way. About the only downside is that there's so much information to learn and so many options.
