Hi everyone, I did a lot of research on DYI and It looks pretty simple and I want to get started but I have a bit of a problem. My question is what is the best/cheap sites to order PG/VG and nicotine within Canada? I only found good deals in the US but I don't want to order from the US because of custom issues and/or shipping cost. Any response is gladly appreciated. Thanks

PG is available in Jean Coutu over the counter, gotta ask for it and they order it for you it's like 12$ for 500ml. In some Costco, in the pharmacy section, they have VG and PG.
I like this site for VG but there's a lot of other ones:

also hydavape also sells 100mg nic for good price but they dont advertise their nic on their website
