I am trying to find premixed nicotine/pg/vg base from someone that ships to Canada but have so far not been able to...does anyone know of anybody that will ship to Canada?

CanadaVapes has a flavourless base liquid, and they are located in Canada. Never tried it, so I can't comment. They do have some reviews on the site. I have ordered from them multiple times with no problems!
