Were you a cigarette smoker before you starting vaping?

What are you afraid of? Didn't you ever try to stop smoking before, if you did what happened, its really not any different.

JustMe2 is right. Can't be any worse than trying to quit smoking "cold turkey". For me, that's the same as saying, "living hell" but for you? Dunno.

Far as the effect, just look up the tons and tons of information of what to expect when you quit smoking. It's all over the web. Far as "overcoming" the effect of nicotine withdrawal, you don't. You go through withdrawal. That's kind of the point. Get through the withdrawal and end the addiction.
