Perhaps try using his email listed on his home page to contact him if you haven't already. BTW, Rich is the owner of "Nicvape"' and the name is a play on Nicotine, not someone named Nick. I'm sure he may have just missed you Shantia, Rich is a stand up guy.

LOL i don't know why i called Rich Nick..I knew his name from reading this thread...Guess my mind was just wandering on that last post. I will try contacting him, thanks.

Still waiting also.

I placed my order 5 days ago, and still waiting. It took one day to "approve the payment," when the payment should have been approved in one second; then, the shipment is still "pending" for 4 days. I received no emails from them.

I send them an email, and I received no reply yet. I am sure Rich is a great person and his service is excellent from the reviews I had read on ECF before I placed the order; but, they should not make a product available on their Web site if their stock is low, or they are out of a certain product.

I hope everything works out great for everyone.

To be fair to Rich, I just wanted to update the status of my order.

Well, finally, I received my order 3 days ago. There was a mix up with an item.
He never replied to the first email I sent him, and he also never replied to the other email I sent in regards to the order.

To be fair, the products are great. The nic-juice is excellent and top of the line.

But, well, to give him the reason of doubt, I would say that the guy has a problem, a great problem with email, this is just to give him the reason of doubt.

It was not a professional service; far from that; for many reasons:

1. They should not list an item on the Web site that it is not in thier position, and it is not ready to be delivered or shipped.

2. They should answer the emails promptly; or at least, answer the emails.

3. They should update the buyers immediately if an item that was ordered is not available, and they should give the buyer the freedom to choose to either go ahead or to cancel the order. You just cannot hold people's money while you try to figure out your business with the suppliers. I have had much better experience with many other suppliers in the past 13 moths; immediate email updates, prompt repleis to any inquiries, etc.

4. I believe this community deserves better service, and we should not babysit a supplier if they mistreat buyers. Look at the other thread where the so called supplier took people's money and left them hanging there.

5. Each supplier should provide his business address and a direct email address and a phone number to the moderators of this forum. This may not be the case with Rich, but to prevent the threat of mistrust and fraud; and to have someone to turn to in case problems arise. In my case, I blindly trusted some suppliers because of the comments on these forums.

My comment could be a little harsh, but trust is very important, and a good service is a must.

Yes, Rich has a great product at a great price; especially, with the 15% discount; but, if he would give me his product for free, I wouldn't wait for it.

My items were shipped to the UK on the 9th April.
They haven't arrived yet.
Other folk on UKV have ordered from him and the items arrive within a week.
I have waited patiently and mailed him on Friday and again yesterday and he hasn't got back to me yet.

I shall not be ordering from him again which is a shame as he started so well.....

Are you alive Rich??

Those of you who have pending orders and can not reach Rich should contact a moderator. Perhaps they can help you.

I don't know what happened to Rich, he started out so great and was a fantastic vendor then he just disappeared and came back for a second and POOF was gone again. I know he was having some personal problems but that's no excuse to just ignore your customers. I, for one, am really disappointed in how he has handled this. I mean if he needs to close up, give people refunds and let them know whats going on. This disappearing act/no response to emails is just not acceptable.

I just stumbled across this thread and am somewhat concerned as I am totally addicted to his Jr Mints Daddy juice. I ordered it for the first time about six weeks ago and he shipped me a 60ml bottle with nicotine despite the fact that I stated in the notes section of the order page that I wanted 0 nicotine. After contacting him, he told me to keep the first bottle and he would ship a 0 nic bottle (which he immediately did).

I sure hope nothing has happened to him as he sure seemed like a stand up guy from my experience. In the meantime, I suppose it's time to shop for a similar liquid in case he doesn't come around.

Yes Tracker many of us are hoping that he will get back on track. Nicvape was doing a great job and then things went silent. I am hoping Rich will post an update and inform us of what is up.

What concerned / concerns me is that I have not had a reply to any of my emails. The missing product just showed up in the mail. Counted and I've sent 7 notes over the course of the last several weeks all with no reply. I need more items and am not sure what to do. I hate to order from a black hole.

Rich ---- please let us know what the situation is with your business. Many are concerned. Are you still open for business? I also noted the "March Madness" on your site and wonder why it has not changed now that is is May 1. I'm sure many people want to order but are holding off until you give us a sign you are still operating. Hoping to hear from you soon.

Horton there are a few of us here that have been buying from him since he started. I wish he would post some update but things do not look good. I was buying lots of product from him but have since had to place orders elsewhere. I wish him all the best and hopefully he will chime in and let us know what is going on. I was pumped and looking forward to the Flavor Art flavors and hopeful he would get me the flask type dropper bottles I was looking for. Oh well
