L2S --From what I've read, I can tell many peeps have been with him since he opened his doors. I agree that things do not look good. When a vendor can't or won't answer emails, how can you feel comfortable sending in a good sized sum of money? It's like a craps shoot. I was buying from him exclusively for a while, but like you, I am searching out other sources. It's a real shame because he had top notch service and products. I did get a few of the flavorings and they were very good.
I too wish him the best -- he always was so pleasant and helpful. I know he must be in a tough situation, but just wish he would post even a short update so we would know what to do for the long term. We've all had our own problems, but being in business puts a greater burden upon a person to communicate especially to those who have entrusted that person with money. It changes the whole ball game. Trust is earned not given unfortunately.
I just hope he can get whatever is going on worked out and get up and running again.
