Today is a milestone for me. After 38 years of 2 pad habit, not one cigarette for me in 9 months. Unbelievable! NEVER thought I could do it.

I, also, never thought I could do it. It is now 13 months or so without an analog. These milestones since quitting are likely to be some of the most important of our lives.
