Seems like years. The other day I did the motion of smoking a cigarette and it seemed so completely alien. I do not miss it a bit. vaping will be soon to go, but I'll be keeping my mod on the shelf with a bottle of 24mg ready to go in case I freak out one day ;p

Good idea on the emergency bottle.

If you dont mind me asking when did you quit smoking and take up vaping?

Ive seen a lot of people (myself included) who have been in a rush to quit vaping who end up right back on cigarettes again.

I cut down from 36 all the way to zero a couple of years ago and within 6 months was back to smoking.

This last time, Ive went much more slowly, dropping 6 mg every 3-5 months and this has been longest stretch without a cigarette.

Take your time, if youre like me you probably smoked for 20 years, its your body time to adapt.

353 days ago - Not a puff of smoke since 3/28/13

I dragged (pun) my last 1.5 packs out for a week and a half (while trying vaping) leading up to quitting.
Each one of those 30 cancersticks was thoroughly unsatisfying and lame.
I was glad when I ran out. Smoking is gross.

#IMPROOF that vaping works.

I quit smoking (12 years) and started vaping the day my son was born. 11/25/13. I have tried to reduce too soon before and started over. So far, I've gone from 18-12-6 month by month. The transition has been so smooth. 6 is great, but hey, gotta give it ALL up at some point for my kids. It's a personal goal, and I appreciate the warning. But it is possible ;p
